Please read the guidance in full. Ensure that KSDs are submitted properly to prevent delays.

How To Submit NSIPS Access Requests
- Submit your SAAR form via NSIPS https://nsips.cloud.navy.mil/
- Supervisor will be someone from your command, from there, route request to
- PS1 ElizaMay Lafontaine: N1523147826S0015
- Each request requires different KSDs. Review list of KSDs from the PDF above
- For SAAR form guidance, please see instruction below
- Submit KSDs via Salesforce
SAAR Form Guidance
- System Name: NSIPS (along with the type of access being requested: CPPA, CLA, etc)
- Block 10: Must be current Fiscal Year (on or after October 1, 2025)
- Block 13: Should justify the type of access being requested, including UICs
- Blocks 14, 15, 16: Should be properly checked
- Blocks 17-17e: Filled & signed by supervisor
- Blocks 19-19c: Completed by command ISSO
- Blocks 18-18c: Leave blank for RSC NAMs
RSC / TSC Personnel Specific Access Types
Access requests pertaining to below will not be processed unless you work at RSC or TSC.
- Pay Supervisor
- Pay Clerk
- Personnel Clerk
- Personnel Supervisor

- Submit your SAAR form via NSIPS: https://nsips.cloud.navy.mil/
- Supervisor routes request to PS1 ElizaMay Lafontaine: N1523147826S0015
- Submit the rest of your KSDs via Salesforce
- DD 577 with MAP specific verbiage:
- Block 6: [X] Certifying Officer
- You are designated as [COMMAND NAME]’s [ALTERNATE/PRIMARY] Meritorious Advancement Program (MAP) Reporting Senior for UICs: [LIST UICs]. This designation will remain in effect until you are properly relieved or formally revoked or upon detachment from this command.

For Salesforce legal/restricted access modifications, please route your requests via Salesforce
- Legal/Restricted access requests are only available if the CPPA has an active Salesforce account

MMPA and WebDMO Access Requests
Submit requests via AMPS https://amps.dla.mil/
- MMPA Guidelines:
- WebDMO Guidelines and Notes:
- For WebDMO, you must complete LOCATION-NAVY (example: Navy NPPSC PSD Pensacola). They cannot use Navy CPPA if they fall under NPPSC. It must be the TSC that service your command.

SAAR Form Guidance
- System Name: SOES Operator (Admin) Web Application
- Location: Millington
- Block 10: Must be checked and date of annual Cyber Awareness training (for current fiscal year)
- Block 11/12: Your digital Signature and date
- Block 13: Justification for access (be specific, include the UIC(s) you need access to)
- Block 14: Check AUTHORIZED
- Block 15: Check UNCLASSIFIED
- Block 16: Must be checked
- Block 16a: Your PRD
- Blocks 17a-7e: Must be completed by your supervisor
- Blocks 18-18b: Leave Blank
- Blocks 19-9c: Will be completed by your command ISSO
- Block 20: Enter name
- Block 21: Leave blank
- Manager (IAM) or whoever grants computer access for your Command
- Block 27: Leave blank
- Part III (Blocks 22-26): Completed by your Command Security Manager
- Note: date of investigation must not exceed 10 years
